To access your insurance documents, locate the “Welcome to Okta!” email you received when you purchased your first policy.
Click the activation link in that email to set up your account with two-factor authentication for added security, if you have not done so already.
Once activated, you can log in anytime to:
- View policy documents
- Add or manage certificates
- Manage members on your policy who need access to the portal.
