Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum total attendance per event is 3,000 or less.  (If the attendance is over 3,000 for an event, please download the printable application that can be submitted)
  • Maximum number of consecutive event days (not including set-up or tear down) is 10.
  • Event is held at a single location.
  • Event must take place in the United States.

  • Available 01-01-2023 to 12-31-2023.
  • No charge for Additional Insureds
  • Premium is fully earned at inception and non-refundable
  • ALL APPLICANTS:  A $15 RPG fee is required by the carrier for all applications.  The costs include the premium and the $15 RPG fee.  An RPG fee provides group purchasing power for similar risks resulting in potential advantageous coverage terms, competitive rates, risk management bulletins, and rewards for favorable group loss experience.
  • Coverage is provided by a carrier rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company.

Ineligible Events

Certain event types are not eligible for coverage by this program. We reserve the right to decline any request for coverage. Operations not eligible for this program include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Activists rallies/marches/protests
  • Air shows / events
  • Animal obedience training
  • Any events involving organized athletic events and competitions
  • Balloon Festivals
  • Bonfires
  • Cannabis related events
  • Christmas tree sales/lots
  • Circuses
  • Cinematography or photography events for commercial use
  • Color party, foam party or raves
  • Dance Competition
  • Any events held on airport premises
  • Any events and/or concerts involving rap, hip-hop, heavy metal/screamo or electronic/techno music
  • Food eating contests
  • Any events honoring national/local celebrities or professional athletes
  • Fraternity/Sorority events (except alumni association off-site events that have been reported and approved by us)
  • Geocaching events
  • Gun and/or knife shows
  • Any events providing overnight accommodations.
  • Battle reenactments
  • Haunted attractions/events
  • Health Fairs/expositions
  • Any events involving In or On Water activities
  • Mazes (corn, hay or fence)
  • Pumpkin chucking events
  • Parades (or any event involving a parade)
  • Political events (except private fundraising auctions, benefits, dances, dinners)
  • Rodeos
  • Seances
  • Tractor pulls
  • Tailgating events
  • Union meetings
  • Walks/running events
  • Events involving any motorized vehicle(s) in, or while in practice for, or while being prepared for, or while qualifying for, or while testing for any racing, speed, demolition, distance, or stunting activity.
