The Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) has teamed up with Sadler Insurance to offer exclusive coverage options for 2025! Whether you are hosting Multiple Events, Single Events, Leagues, or Camps, we’ve got a plan that fits your needs.

 

Explore the options below to find the best coverage for your operations and enjoy peace of mind while focusing on hosting great volleyball events!

 

OPTION 1: Tournament (multiple events and/or leagues, camps):

  • Rates not published, application required.
  • $1,000,000 Occurrence / $3,000,000 Aggregate / 3 Excess Accident options available (Only $25,000 covered by AVP).
  • You pick your coverage term.
  • Camp & Clinic dates must be specified, reported, and paid for in advance of the start date.

VERY IMPORTANT STEP FOR THIS OPTION:

 

OPTION 2: Tournament (single event):

  • $1.64 per participant per event
  • $1,000,000 Occurrence / $5,000,000 Aggregate / $25,000 Excess Accident
  • Minimum premium is $300.00 + taxes and fees. Higher limits are available as needed.
  • Amateur ONLY
  • Maximum number of participants is 2,500 per event.
  • Maximum spectator attendance per day is 7,500.
  • Maximum number of event days (including practice days), per event, is not to exceed a time frame of 14 consecutive days (not including setup and tear down).
  • The same additional insured / certificate holder address can be used from Option 1.

OPTION 3: Team or League Only:

  • $6.41 per participant per year
  • $1,000,000 Occurrence / $5,000,000 Aggregate / $25,000 Excess Accident
  • Minimum premium is $300.00 + taxes and fees. Higher limits are available as needed.
  • Annual Coverage
  • The same additional insured / certificate holder address can be used from Option 1.

OPTION 4: Camp & Clinic Only:

  • $1.45 per participant per day or $4.33 per participant per week (week not to exceed 7 consecutive days)
  • $1,000,000 Occurrence / $5,000,000 Aggregate / $25,000 Excess Accident
  • Minimum premium is $300.00 + taxes and fees. Higher limits are available as needed.
  • Annual Coverage: Camp & Clinic dates must be specified, reported, and paid for in advance of start date.
  • The same additional insured / certificate holder address can be used from Option 1.
