Amateur Teams/Leagues Sports Insurance – Programming Update

Sadler Sports is currently in the middle of performing the annual update for Amateur Teams & Leagues.  We want to make purchasing/renewing your coverage as easy as possible during this time.

What date does the coverage need to be EFFECTIVE?  (Note: Coverage will expire one year from effective date.)

• 02/29/2016 or Earlier – Please print the application and submit with payment to sport3@sadlersports.com.  We will process your application within 48 hours and email certificates of insurance.
• 03/01/2016 or later– You may apply online and receive certificates of insurance instantly.  Please apply online now.
