Sportsplex Operators & Developers Association SODA-National Amateur Sports Insurance Program
In our continuing efforts to be recognized as "the organization" devoted to the advancement of recreational sports facilities, SODA is again proud to offer this National Sports Insurance Program through Sadler Sports & Recreation Insurance. Amateur sports teams and leagues, both adult and youth, (see rate chart below) are able to participate in this national program. We also offer coverages for tournaments, camps & clinics, sports officials and field owners in the above referenced sports.
The SODA Insurance Program combines broad coverages, highly competitive prices, and exemplary service in terms of processing paperwork, answering questions and claims administration. Also offered are optional coverages for Directors & Officers Liability, Crime and Equipment Coverage for local sports organizations
No commissions are payable to insurance agents.

THE FOLLOWING OPTIONAL COVERAGES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IF YOU ARE PURCHASING ACCIDENT & GENERAL LIABILITY FOR A LEAGUE OR ASSOCIATION.
- DIRECTORS & OFFICERS LIABILITY (Liability coverage for the governing board of directors in case they are sued as a result of decisions they make such as failure to follow rules/bylaws, terminating players or coaches, failure to properly manager league financial affairs, etc.)
- CRIME INSURANCE (Theft or embezzlement by volunteers)
- EQUIPMENT COVERAGE (Available if the insured organization owns equipment)
