Fitness Instructor coverage will provide protection in all of these locations for covered lawsuits arising out of negligent instruction and supervision. However, coverage is NOT provided for premises related defects (ex: wet spot on floor, machinery malfunction) in premises you own, lease, rent, or operate. Exercise Studio coverage is needed in addition to individual instructor coverage for these locations.
