PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the owners and operators of studio facilities (with less than 3,000 square feet of space) that offer personal/individual training, exercise, aerobics, yoga, or pilates activities where people participate in scheduled fitness programs under the direct supervision of a fitness professional such as a personal trainer or exercise instructor.

Important Note
- All instructors are required to carry $1,000,000 in Professional Liability in conjunction with this exercise studio program.
- If the instructor already has Professional Liability in force, proof of such coverage must be provided with the completed application.
- If Professional Liability coverage is needed, the following options are available:
- Add the $1,000,000 Professional Liability to your Exercise Studio coverage ($150 for each certified instructor and $180 for each non-certified instructor). This coverage will only cover the instructor while instructing at your location.
- The individual instructor can purchase the $1,000,000 Professional Liability on a direct basis and name your studio as an additional insured. They would then have coverage wherever they may be instructing. (Cost is $250 for a certified instructor and $300 for a non-certified instructor.) - The “certified instructor” rate requires that a copy of the certification be submitted with each application.
