New NYSAA Online Training For AdministratorsTypically, volunteer administrators who supervise youth sports programs are unprepared to deal with the responsibilities of this position and the result could be inefficiencies, legal problems and adverse publicity. These individuals manage numerous job functions of a league such as equipment, safety, insurance for teams, background checks for staff, social media, marketing, as well finances and legal matters. National Youth Sports Administrators Association (NYSAA) has released a new online training program that provides education in these areas and assists with making youth sports a safe and satisfying experience for all involved.
